Whampoa, good catch! My quantities may be off and if anyone has more knowledge please correct me. Axe said this test project should produce 750 barrels/day The single tank erected looks like it may have a capacity of 1000 barrels. Tanker trucks can hold approx 115 barrels.  If this thing starts producing at 750 b/d there should be about 7 trucks a day hauling out of there. which doesnt

Look Behind the E house in the CBC video clip and you will see another tank . Clearly one was not enough.

Well L.A. this is just my speculation and I'm a complete 'no-nothing in engineering layman' but, just out of curiosity I did a little research. Found a company that makes storage tanks. Just from the vid and pic of the tanks on their site, they maybe known as 'AST-100' standard vertical tanks that have a 100 cubic meters volume capacity. The dimensions of these AST

Blitzer, I will add to your post. Found this chart for crude oil storage tanks now all we have to do is figure out the height and diameter Partial ANSON crude oil storage tanks capacity  Capacity Diameter Height 210 BBL 10’ 15’ 300 BBL 12’ 15’ 400 BBL 12’ 20’

In the whole schem of things it doesn't really matter if the tank capacity is 750 or 1000 barrels. The most interesting thing is they felt the need to install a second tank. I would interpret that as being very positive. They must be or have the capability of producing or exceeding the design production limits which is what this test is all about! Not to mention axe keeps 92% of production

400 bbl tanks are the most common size particularly for well site installations as they are easier to move on/off site and add more as needed.  Hard to tell with video but I would bet 400 bbl (x2)
