RE:I have my doubts Passendro will ever be mined

RE:I have my doubts Passendro will ever be minedSouth Africa is a very very corrupt country but has a huge mining industry. A corrupt government won't dissuade the Chinese, who have a long history of investing in African countries that are corrupt. DRC Congo is very corrupt but many western companies such as Randgold, Anglogold, Banro (which is my most favorite investment by the way) & Glencore , in addition to the Chinese are big investors in that country. In the end you got to go where the low cost open pit surface deposits are. They have been mostly depleted from the other countries with a long mining history. It makes no difference whether Western investors like you stay away or not, as the Chinese will eventually come to the CAR as they are looking to build up their gold reserves to be higher than that of the USA.
