TSXV regulations clearly state that ANY CRIMINAL RECORD means immediate resignation of all boards associated with and you can't go on any in the future. Look at EW.V(East West Petroleum), the CEO was caught in the univeristy scandal for bribing a teacher, that alone got him kicked off several boards. If what the donkey lips said was remotely true, Joe couldn't be a director. But we know he's forging an actual document, which means we could contact Joe, the writer of the document and give them both his information and they can both file a defamatory and fraudulent suits against him.
