These scamming penny stock companies make sure they control the vote via preferred shares, friends and family holding shares, the phonie companies they buy that have members holding shares (usually businesses bought from themselves or friends and or family), etc etc. 10.3 million for a forward looking statement, aka business plan, WHATTTT??? And for half of the current share value. Thx management for using my monies to benefit someone other than me. I hope you fail miserably. I’m willing to take the write off but I do not speak for anyone else. A lot of money has and will be lost here imho. Just sad but typical of penny stocks and the hucksters that peddle them.
The marijuana bandwagon has already passed this one by and imho this supposed next big MJ company has a Zero percent chance of achieving anything and will be jumping on the bitcoin bandwagon as soon as bitcoin starts rising again. The consolidation and evaporation of speculative no license supposed MJ companies begins today. Now revenue matters instead of purely speculation. Huge sell off coming today imho in MJ space.
