1. Because there is a very close relationship between the CEO and HIS board and Mr McDonald will lose all of his credibility after the failure of the deal;

2. To be fired is the best scenario for David McDonald, because of his contract;
3. With 360,000.$, he will be able to invest his severance payment directly with Terranueva and he will do it because he is a big fan of that company;
4. For the last year, Mr. McDonald kept saying that there was not any future for junior mining company;
5. After the severance payment, Axe will be broken.
