The reference share price of 0.06 cents is not correct. If you remember, we were trading at 0.035 before rumors of something brought us to 0.06 cents. Without those rumors, the stock would have probably stayed at 0.035 cents.
Now, you seem to confuse the price of the proposed private placement with the opening price of Terranueva if the transaction is approved. Sorry, it has nothing to do. I won't be surprised if the stock open at 0.75 cents and goes rapidly above the dollar mark.
It is my opinion based on those facts :
1. Apparently, the minimum financing - 2.5 million - is already achieved and I won't be surprised if we are oversubscribed within the next two weeks, thus creating higher price at the opening
2. Considering the financial projections of Terranueva, we will be trading at 2.00$ within 12-18 months - this is my opinion.
If you look carefully at Terranueva's perspective, you will want to participate in this private placement. This is what I am doing despite any complaints regarding the 16 for one reverse split , including my own criticism !
