But will say it one last time for others who actually understand.... its a great deal for terraneuva and new shareholders coming in after the reverse takeover BUT it's a bad deal for existing Axe shareholders. So that's why they will be able to raise the $4M once the deal closes. But I as a shareholder of Axe DO NOT benefit from this. I take it up the a$$ so that those buying in after can benefit. Atika.... you must be into s&m and enjoy pain suffering and being humiliated because that's what this deal is doing to existing shareholder. Enough said. Now keep spewing your propaganda and pumping on behalf of management in hope of convincing some poor ignorant shareholders to vote in favour of the deal.
