Desperado, I AGREE WITH YOU ! I know that this is a bad deal for Axe's shareholder but, at the same time, IT'S TOO LATE TO GO BACK.
We have to take our pill and if it is possible for some of us, participate in the private placement, because the real deal is at 0.50 cents, not at 1.66$ which is my cost with my shares of Axe.

I am not promoting the deal for management, BUT FOR ME ! Otherwise, with no deal, there won't be any CEO, board member and no more cash in the company.
