I agree with you concerning the fact that David McDonald and his board, most probably, will no longer be involved with Axe after November, 23th.
The only question is this : will David McDonald leave with 343, 750 shares of Terranueva or with 361,300.$ in cash in which case Axe will have no money left.
This is why I voted YES to the first alternative, the second one beeing to much risky for me.
