I don't understand why you don't realize that the actual vote is concerning an agreement reached by Axe, Terranueva and the layers involved in the negociation that took place in April, May, June and July 2018.
People have to vote on this deal, good or bad !
Please, stop trying to change something that is impossible to change for now. The only possibility for this to happen is in case of a NO vote on November, 23th.
Otherwise, we will become Terranueva's shareholder, including you !
