WORST CASE IS DELAY AND THAT IS FINE FOR A BETTER DEAL THAT WILL WORK FOR ALL PARTIES. A TRUE SHAREHOLDER MUST NOT BE DISCOURAGING OTHERS FOR A BETTER DEAL THAT WOUKD BENEFIT ALL. THE PROBLEM IS THAT CURRENT AXE INSIDERS HAVE NO SERIOUS VESTED INTEREST AND ARE NOT DEAL MAKERS.
