My theory
they work so hard to keep it at 0.10$, the deal will use 0.10$for the reverse takeover calculation. The world is that someone related to cannacord is part of the deal. Last jump in share price Cannacord jump on 500K at 0,102 avg and didnt sell at 0.16$, so my theory is that anything around 0.1 is good entry point and we will get over 0,165$ when the deal gets done? But that only speculation ;) and my humble opinion!!

There's a deal any time, now they are just shell with 1 M +4M tax credit. we are just sitting on the rocket babe, IMHO. :)
