It's to soon to judge on this deal

No one (except management) knew about a 16 to 1 reverse but:

The stock didn't fall to .03$ before the news (HMMMM)
The proposed management and board is Awesome
The share structure will be Perfect having 66% of it escrowed for years
New investors in the PP will want a 10 bagger

Much more info is required to analyse the Deal, MUCH MORE

Maybe a major producer will be the lead order for the PP
Maybe they have acquisitions already planned
Maybe, Maybe,........

PS: PH Seguin was the lawyer behind Garda World Security, GW was a consolidating Security companies, It went to 30.00$ from 0.50$.....

I fully agree!! Meanwhile, what happens to their mining assets? Can a mining entity come out of this and be spun off as well? Also, the MAJORITY OF THE MINORITY shareholders have to approve this?! Will they get the votes? let's say they don't? What else does this company  have to increase shareholder value?! Short term and long term?!!
