In the middle 8 to 1 would have current investors a chance!
But with 16 to 1 the company is keeping it closed because it is possible the stock would very, very quickly be sold down .015 (like in about 5 minutes is my opinion). I also highly doubt they can do a PP @.50 in this market and will guess they change it to .30 which in turn would need a 16 to 1 rollback to work.
On a personnal note: Once I burned by a stock (any stock ) I tend not to go leaping back on board but some people get caught like a deer in the headlights.
Just an opinion I am not qualified to make a professional market call and so no one should take my opinion for more than just an opinion and not buy or sell any security based on said opinion.
