Be informed before taking a decision
It is so easy to discard a possible deal by merely saying it is no good !
Go to www.terranueva.ca to learn something useful about the proposed transaction.
I am still in contact with David McDonald so I will let him know of anything valuable for the understanding of the deal. Who knows, we might influenced something for the benefit of Axe's shareholder !

Who in their right mind would prepare the paperwork and proxys unless the votes are in their back pocket already?!! Mr. McDonald and team, if that is not the case then sweeten the deal for Axe's shareholders! Otherwise, don't waist your time and ours; just let everyone write this off and you shut down operations!!

Hi investor4real. I am working " to sweet the deal for Axe's shareholder ". I am not telling you that I will succeed, but Mr McDonald is well aware of the frustration created by the reverse takeover. It was apparently a high priced paid for a high quality project. I will do my best for Axe's shareholder !
