Can anyone fill me in on what dates is this deal suppose to take effect. I am not clear on this single most important issue. Any insight would be appreciated

Not sure any of us can help. I was told we would have details at the end of September, and when that date passed I inquired and they said mid October. Here we are now, no updates which means they will probably tell you end of October if you inquire.

I give you reason. When I made gains, it was with companies in Ontario or British Columbia. Moreover, it is with these gains that I lose in axq. The question is simple, more investment from Quebec. These are the kings of splitting. Quebec companies have been waiting for their licenses for almost a year and elsewhere in Canada licenses are issued regularly. There is a reason for it.
