16 for 1 reverse split ?
Some of the posters have as unique argument the question of the reverse split and nothing else. They bring no informations concerning the great opportunity that we have to become Terranueva's shareholder after November, 23th.
The fact is that Mr McDonald listened to the critics concerning the magnitude of the 16 for 1 reverse split. I personnaly met him to discuss the subject. I know for a fact that he will propose something for Axe's shareholder. At the end of the day, will it become an equivalent of a 12 for 1 reverse split, a 10 for 1 reverse split or something better ?
My guess is that we will receive a confirmation of this bonification of the deal within the next 10 days.

I would accept a splitting of 5 for 1 or 8 for 1 more. Anyway, we need actions to make the market and we might be interested in reinvesting in this new project.16 for 1, I am not. My humble opinion.

We will know the new numbers within 10 days. Now, if you or anybody is interested in the new company, I mean investing in the private placement that goes with the transaction, you have to call David McDonald as soon as possible because, the way I see it, there is a lot of interest in the financial community for Terranueva.
