Time will tell..

Until our news is released with terms and conditions, the actual deal finalizations, our discussion of reverse split and dollers gained or lost is a moot point. It will be what it is..
I have been in this situation many times before. And depending on terms of the agreement, we may profit or may not profit immediately after finalization and conversion.
All any of us can do is play the game as the cards lay. I've profitted from 4:1, 7:1, 70:1 and even a 170:1 reverse..  In every case, realizing a profit involved proper positioning, Due Diligence and profit taking at interval.
We will see when the news is released what we have to deal with. Until then, I have no reason to speculate, celebrate or complain. I'd rather be moving in any given direction, then sit idle doing nothing with no money and no plan in place...
Cheers all
Lance
