Manakai versus Atika

Two different strategies here : Manakai still maintains that he will vote No with his 975,000 shares only because of the 16 for 1 reverse split. Atika will vote Yes with his 700,000 shares despite the 16 for 1 reverse split + ??? because of the great potential of Terranueva. Smart analysis involves the two parts of the equation. We will know more next week about the overall picture.

Atika.... stop being a mouth piece for management.... please. There is no smart analysis on your part if you cant see and include in that analysis the 16 for 1 reverse split followed by a financing at half the valuation. Management wants to completely destroy and remove existing shareholders and their value. I don't care how great this supposed potential of Terranueva is if I have no hope in ...more

The CEO must always have a plan B, especially when he has not secured the required votes to push this bad deal through. Me thinks that plan B should be Mr. McDonald stepping aside and letting someone else take leadership of AXE. AXE is a great shell with a low float, no debt, and money in the bank ...more

Desperado, you forget to take into considerations those ponts : 1. The cost of maintening a junior public company is around 300,000.$ a year 2. If David McDonald steps aside or we ask him to step aside, there will be a 361,000.$ severance      payment according to his contract 3. At this point, there is no money in the bank for any plan B, unless you finance the company.  ...more

Thanks for the info Mr. McDonald (aka Atika). I was not aware of the fact that you have severance of $361K lined up for yourself. Nice job. Milk the shareholders out of their value and set-up yourself for a nice payout. This is especially nice given that you have not invested a penny of your money in AXE and own no significant amount of shares of AXE. In my opinion it would be worth paying you ...more
