NEWS Stockhouse not posting news for Anthem for some reason. Anyway placement for up to $1 million. Frankly I'm a little surprised they are going with a dilution but it's probably due to the low SP and they want to pick up some shares on the cheap for themselves. This thing is trading below investment holdings value. Some strange investing patterns going on these days.
