There may well have been some confusion on my part in that regard because there was I bad connection on my line and it was only with considerable difficulty that I could hear him. It is an ongoing problem I have when speaking with Jon. No one else has mentioned this problem and wouldn't under normal circumstances. But whether it was drill or drills I can't answer I just assumed we were talking plural.
