It's impossible to know what they know and what they don't but you can assume that they believed that trying to accumulate 3,333,333 shares out of the market for a price under $ 1.80 would be dam near impossible. Of course they want their money going into the ground to advance the project and not into the market just help out a bunch of bored shareholders.   The terms of the deal are
