Not staying in mining is my bet...Balto going higher without a peep from management ... this is just like in the old days where old style pull/push technique of moving a tightly held stock higher and then use the paper to target a RTO ... there are so many sectors right now that are hot and mining is not one of them .... likely targeting a RTO in one of the hotter sectors is my guess... TYMB one to watch as well ... it's run out of the same office and has the same directors and has also been inactive for years ....
