EAS Reorganization

EAS Reorganization"EAS announces its intention to spin out assets to shareholders." (Marketwire, March 4, 2011)  In short, the article states that  EAS is spinning out 3 projects as separate companies and will then try to raise more funds in the name of these new companies. If I interpret the news correctly, there has also been a shuffle / change in the management. --
Eventually this may all work out for the best, but at the moment this means UNCERTAINTY, and the market hates uncertainty.  As a share holder, I hope that this is the only reason why this stock has dropped while other gold stocks are appreciating.
