"I sentence all of you, the hypocritical Criminals of so-callled 'Save Sangihe Island'
to life in prison with no chance of parole for your reprehensible environmental rape 
of the very island on which you live by and from the illegal mining you were conducting. 
I add to this sentence the stipulation of hard labour from dawn to dusk, seven days a

Indonesian Civil Court Judge: 
"I sentence all of you, the hypocritical Criminals of so-called 'Save Sangihe Island'
to forfeit 90% of your prison earnings you receive from your criminal sentence of 
hard labour from dawn to dusk, seven days a week to repay Baru Gold Corporation
for the economic losses it has suffered by and from your criminal activities and your
civil tortious interference with their legitimate business goals.  But have a nice day!"

( for some strange reason, Civil Court Judges get a lot more rowdy with their gavel-slams
than do Criminal Court Judges.  I dunno, maybe it's because they really want to be 
Criminal Court Judges, that's gotta be a lot more fun, as you can see. )

But both Judges were far too lenient if that's the extent of their respective sentencings and punishments. The Criminal Court Judge didn't mention the harassment, intimidation, vandalism, and assorted other crimes committed by The Perps. Perhaps the environmental conviction was enough to throw the book at them but I like to see a Judge pile it sky-high. The Civil Court Judge made no
