This post is categorically wrong as proven by the alledged email from the CEO of BAY that was posted by Marty. The NI 43-101 was not for the whole of Sommerset Island, the report was commissioned for the zinc resource calculation for a sub project on the island named Seal. The scope of the resource calculation did not include other sub projects of the island such as Storm, tornado, Blizzard etc.. just want to clear up the misconceptions as posted here yesterday.
