Trouble Closing PP? I am buying at .12 Are they having trouble closing this PP? That is a little surprising , but probalby the reason insiders would be selling open market shares to participate at .12. They can warrant strip off the PP and be better off than a simple hold strategy.
I have my sizeable allotment of shares for 2024 drill season and am ready for this to take off; but I am happy to buy more at .12 as well if any warrant stippers want to sell; you are doing what all insiders - including myself - have done in your situation.
