Well that only looks like they only raised a little over $2.5M AUD; meaning they WERE NOT ABLE to close on 40M shares at offer. I believe that is a $2M shortfall on theri equity raise.  I dont need to put any spin on this news. ANy questions please let me know.  You beat me to that news filing Patrick; good job.

So given the 40M share shortfall, per the release the underwriters will now attempt to sell those shares to people who ask for an oversubscription.  To me, this is like a secondary offering of these shares. It will be intersting to see how many of these unsold shares the underwriter can move before May 5th. It will tell us alot about interest in AW1 sahres and by extention Storm for the

I wonder if this is why we saw that "huge" sell of of 715,000 sahres last week?  I stress - this is BIG funding news and any subsequent funding news on May 3rd is even bigger. You arent going to get much exploration done if yuo cant raise the funds.

I dont know why everybody - in Ontario maybe - think they are giong to start diling tomorrow or next week. Moreso, they just seems to be basing this assumption on pretty light facts (sks. fairy dust wishes) Still pretty cold, snowy, and I dont think they have THOSE staff at camp yet (looking at flight manifests into the mine). They will start at the same time as last year - logic would dictate
