Mr. Ullrich recently had the opportunity to cash out some of his super cheap shares and more than double his money. But he decided not to.

Instead, he's back loading up on more at 10 cents, pushing his grand total closer to 11 million shares. 

I dare say that he knows something good when he's found it!
