BHP bids for Anglo American

In a $39 billion deal. Why, well part of it is the copper exposure. Something I hope BBB will find plenty of especially with BHP minerals supporting them.
Should get some news on their upcoming drill programs soon, I hear the weather is cooperating this year, early spring ?
Nice they hired a professional for the IR.

The big question is who keeps dumping stock at 12 cents ?? Let it run why lose money ??

I doubt this bid has anything to do with bbb. Bbb is funded with change found in their couch cushions.  BUT  Somebody, just under the 10% reporting threshold has been dumping millions. Another somebody has been accumulating and staying under 10%. Who knows who is involved and when one or the other is finished. You must have one huge sofa to find over $17 million in it. You been raiding Air Canada's warehouse ? As for the exchange of shares agree,  yea that's been pretty obvious over the past 6 months trading. Who to who, is Crescat Capital involved ? Theyve been very quiet lately.

LOL. My couch is picked clean. Bhp has so many couches, there may be $17 million between couch cushions and limo seats. And rtz, glencore.

Have these guys, in their what 15 years of operating BBB, ever done anything but finance, pay them selves, sell into promotions, drill a little, talk a little, then do it all over again? Always surfacing when the "windows" open to finance on macro positive waves? What happened to the Langis?  And this golden triangle play, what are they really doing? Anyone?  I see their ...more

Yes it's a tough one.  BHP minerals has certianly helped them with the financings and they never seem to have an issue raising money but of course a property this size is going to take a lot of exploration. Personally I think for what they've poured into these claims and the results they've got over the years then the stock like many in these markets is undervalued.  Throw in ...more

Yeah but they have little.  A history of dilution and financings, but no real development or progress. Low grade, high tonnage deposits are hard to get behind.  Unless it's in a third world country :(.  And their stuff is low grade, and in BC.  Mountainous? Multiplies the complications & challenges. Also, non Canadian property (Montana) requires hard dollar financings ...more
