RE:RE:Share buybacks Declaring a share buy back would really be playing into the hands of Riverside and GMT who are the holders of the Converible Preferreds. Much better for us if Pipestone were to,pay dividends .
I am not sure of all the provisions of the agreement betwen Pipestone and the Convert holders, but hopefully the payment of dividends is not precluded. The conversion privilege is valid until 2025 !!
