RE:RE:Interesting GMT ResponseGMT waited because they probably don't want the deal to fail, they just want to negotiate a higher price for their shares. Watrous might be willing to pay GMT more if they don't have to ante up for the other 80% of the shares.
GMT isn't doing this to help anyone but themselves, so don't be fooled into thinking that they are our savior.
The stock market is designed to shaft retail investors, the sooner people realise that the sooner one will make fewer investment mistakes, like trusting anyone.
