RE:RE:RE:Interesting GMT Response

RE:RE:RE:Interesting GMT ResponseAhh......Mr. Reddick, finally a response? I'm guessing we agree.....that's why.... lol

"GMT waited because they probably don't want the deal to fail, they just want to negotiate a higher price for their shares."

THEN if that's the case.....im' correct again and their actions AREN'T genuine.....It's their BAD timiing that's the stinker here.....not what they're saying/selling......because for all intents & purposes their assessment of the deal is bang on.....

"GMT isn't doing this to help anyone but themselves, so don't be fooled into thinking that they are our savior."

Of course they're not. Private equity & bokers like GMT sole purpose to exist IS to make money (and so just folks know... i have NO problem with that .....because i myself am a capitalist at heart!) for themsleves & their clients regardless of the financial consequences to others. What i want to know is WHY GMT is doing this NOW.......? Was there a disagreement or rift that developed sine the deal was publicly announced? Is it a PR stunt to appease some of their upset clients that were invested in Pipe & protect their rep? Has increased oil pricing have anything to do with it?

You see Mr/ Reddick, i know you're upset, probably the most upset person on here because not only were you heavily invested Pipe, you were a loyal/dedicated long time holder of the company that got completely blindsided.....somewhat......i say somewhat because you among many here on SH were one of the very few "previleged" retail investors who had advanced warning of what was about to happen. Because i DID WARN you guys a YEAR.....YES!! A YEAR in advance that they were going to get taken OUT.....and that some folks.......some longtime, longterm loyal investors like yourself that had stacked & tucked away all those precious shares would be "frustrated & upset" IF the company did not handle the situation correctly and abide to their fiduciary duties........and now here we are.....a year later....

Do you remember ALL the criticisms thrown my way? All those insults of "i didn't know WTH i was talking about", that i had NO IDEA or clue about the O&G sector, that i was crazy and needed to take off my tin foil hat and should stop talking nonsense about all these fairy tales about buyouts......well.......I REMEMBER.........

Next time around learn to listen to others, more knowledgeable people more attentively rather than throwing rocks at them.....

GLTA
