Increased Efficiency and Lower Costs = Better Economics

Increased Efficiency and Lower Costs = Better EconomicsLooks like Blackbird is delivering what we did not have with the old ops team - Operational Excellence.

Very impressed to see them drill the first monobore in the Elmworth area and that they were able to get their costs down almost 50% (excluding pilot well)

Company also seems to have really increased drilling efficiency coming in at 32 days compared to 49 days on the 6-26 Middle Montney well. Without pilot well the drilling time wouldve been approximatley 24 days which is top-tier for the corridor (in line with ECA and NVA).

Commentary is that these improvements will push economics of this project as lower input = higher NPV.

Overall very pleased and happy that the company replaced the old operations team - this is a dril to be proud of - now on to the completions!
