So I assume an easement fee or royalty would have to be paid to Blackbird for the lease and access road on Blackbird lands. This just proves that Blackbird management is doing all they can to maxmize profits for their shareholders.

It also increases the chance that 3rd party infrastructure will make it a point to service the area.

All good news!!! Even with Garth on vacation!! LOL
