The timing on this is not only interesting but VERY questionable......WHY? Because after staying silent for so long with out so much of a word for s/h & not even 24hres after i posted my comments on HammerHead/Pipestone, they release the following.
"The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Pipestone Energy Corp. has had a change in its reporting status. Effective at the open Feb. 24, 2023, the company will be exempt from the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX company manual. "
Which to me is VERY strange and the timing of it VERY curious. Especially, right after HH's announced of their intent to begin trading next week AND after i made my comments on what possible involvment that could be for Pipe. Is someone at Pipe HQ actually keeping upto date with social media & reading/following these forums? Hmmm.......quite possible as i don't beleive in weird improbable coincindences. Who is Pipestone mgmt trying to protect into anonymity? Gmt? Some other significant insider? This is REALLY geting interesting now and just shows the dark sleezy side of the Canadian markets.
