RE:RE:RE:RE:Encouraging to see PIPE (or CPG?) buy the rights to 27-70-06 Probably irrelevant, but didn't Garth buy/ accumulate Blackbird continuous land package by using anonymous 3rd party land transactions. He was a and is real estate guy. I am not sure what the benefit would be for PiPE now, but Garth was very proud of how he accumulated Blackbird land so cheap under the noses of the bigger companies.
like I said probably very irrelevant but an interesting journey back to the blackbird days.
