RE:RE:70-06 former Spartan lands were sold for $29k/section May 5 and btw, i went thru all land sales going back to summer 2022, there is a clear trend that the lands around pipestone acreage where competing E&P are at play are going for alot more then elsewhere...
so i think M&A is very reasonable and logical speculation based on the last year of land sales.
