his lack of buying of company shares is disturbing and it is harming investors.

compare pipestone's poor performance to other direct peers (kelt, spartan, nva) and i would say if you reflect on that it is a good reason to consider replacing paul wanklyn.

just my 2 cents.

i think riverstone is a problem too.
