There are no market elves that respond to complaints to keep us happy. It's pretty simple. You can try getting through to management to express your concerns, complaints, suggestions, congratulations, etc. and if you don't like the response or they just ignore you, you can sell. That's about it. Unless you can convince bankers to lend you the capital to take over pipe and fire everyone. Oh, how we'd all like to have that option just once.
