RE:Changing my tune on insider buys. totally disagree on insider buying purpose. it has nothing to do with bidding it up as it does to improving sentiment and investor perception. i believe it matters, especially on a small story like this which has lost market confidence due to management decision making in my view.
look at kelt. huge insider buying and the market loves it and has given wilson a premium multiple. i'm sure his past track record has to do with it but part of his track record involves committment and skin in the game, unlike pipestone c-suite insiders. not comparing them as apples & apples but the c-suite team such as wanklyn or hoffman should be buying shares if possible.
