It seems that some folks continue miss/dismiss the facts OR fail to read the fine print OR to fully grasp the gravity of the situation.....OR for some...... all of the above.
But.....even so....i'll TRY ONCE more.....
For those that think.....voting "actually" will make a difference here.....just one small little thing for you guys to note.........again!.....
As mentioned "numerous" times on this board THIS deal was a.......and listening closely & attentively now!!!......was a MUTUALLY agreed upon & carefully hashed out deal between BOTH mgmt Teams & BOD's of BOTH companies......meaning BOTH Strath & Pipestone.
As well as having the BLESSING of all the parties menioned above, it also has the blessing of the MAJOR holders.......meaning the Riverstone Emperium & GMT. Repectively owning a combined nearly 60% of the votes and......
When combined with mgmt's holdings & those sympathtic to their cause.....almost or very close to the required votes 2/3 needed to PASS the resolution or "questionable" deal.
So NO matter how many retail holders vote.......whether none or ALL of you.......against this so called "unattractive" offer........it's totally MOOT and makes absolutely NO difference whatsoever...........Because of THE situation you find yourselves below.....along with what was stated above.....
