We should hear something by week's endIf Watrous sees that they don't have the votes, we should see a better deal by Friday. I would hope they wouldn't leave it until the last minute. PIPE will be tabulating the votes coming in, and I have no doubt they will be passing that info along to Watrous.
We can only hope a larger number of retail will be voting on this deal than normal. Because this deal undervalues PIPE to an extreme, I hope people will use their proxies and vote.
And vote NO.
