50K NoMy 50K shares are a No. After 5 years of struggling with the great potential of this company I agree w the boards goal of trying to realize scale and egress with Strath. But not with this deal. After reading the bible they sent us and the detailed 18 month chronology starting on page 30, it's clear the special committee run by our old friend GB, set a goal to accept the best deal offered instead of holding for a good deal. And the board is not unanimous with this deal.
