RE: DUMB MANAGEMENTI did not see the PP close.... so there is yet to be more dilution. However, what is the alternative? No money, no work, no listing? Easy to be an arm chair quarter back during one of the toughest periods in history for public companies! I would rather see them raise money at $.10 even if possible and I doubt they can, than another roll back or trading halt due to lack of funds!
