The debt issue still needs to be squared away with Bell's 'Strategic Plan' getting implemented with an outright asset sale of La Balsa (instead of JV). That would definitely retire the debt and give Marsh some much needed ammo to get a meaningful drilling program kicked off at Kabba (as in multi rigs).
