Shareholder Rights Plan
Judging by the fact that this company seems to believe they need to adapt a shareholders rights plan so early in their operations leads me to believe that they must have a huge deposit and it's in Arizona. Only a week ago all they had to go on were drilling cores until the recent news release about a week ago that would take a chief geologist to decipher. After that news release this stock more than doubled the next day, you could easily deduce that there must have been a lot of insider buying. CHEERS!
