Either Tweed ups the ante or someone else will come along. Tweed should have valued BED at 1 for 1 not less than half. BED brings legitimacy, state of the art facility, cost synergies and much more ...more

Bedrocan was confident in achieving profitabilty in 2015. Thus, they didn't need to enter into this merger agreement. This indicates to me that Tweed made Marc Wayne a generous offer he couldn' ...more
