I'm not a geologist but I am capable of reading and adding #s.  Matamec clearly states in their NR that TREO is comprised of 3 components for them: LREO, HREO, & Yttrium Oxide.  Therefore, if you take out your calculator and add those 3 %'s you should see that it approximately adds up to 100%.  In the case of BER, Yttrium oxide was not reported as a separate component of TREO, and thus, TREO = LREO + HREO.
