You guys seem to be confused with different mathematical expressions of drill results. QRM states its HREO and LREO %s as a % of the total drill core (not as a % of TREO). On the other hand, BER expressed its HREO and LREO %s as a % of TREO% (not as a % of the total drill core). If you would like to convert BER's figures into the same format as QRM's you simply need to do the following:
(LREO%) (TREO%) + (HREO%) (TREO%) = TREO %
LREO% expressed in terms of drill core + HREO % expressed in terms of drill core = TREO% expressed in terms of drill core
ps. use decimals when performing calculations
